Board of Trustees

Eduardo V. Francisco is an Honorary Member and his two children are alumni of ISM. Mr. Francisco is the President of Banco de Oro (BDO) Capital & Investment Corporation and Head of Investment Banking Group.

Megan Gernes is an Associate Member and with four children enrolled at ISM. Ms. Gernes is the Community Liaison Office Supervisor at the US Embassy.

Guillaume Lucci is an Associate Member with two children enrolled at ISM. Mr. Lucci is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Prime Infrastructure Capital Incorporated (Prime Infra) and President of Prime Infra Foundation.

Phillip B. Nervig is the United States Embassy’s (a Sustaining Member) representative to ISM. Mr. Nervig is the US Embassy’s Economic Counselor. His two children are enrolled at ISM. 

Cesar Antonio V. Purisima is an Associate member with two children enrolled at ISM. Mr. Purisima was a former Secretary of the Department of Finance of the Republic of the Philippines. He is currently the Asia Fellow at Milken Institute.

Woochong Um is an Honorary Member and Trustee Emeritus. Like him, his two children are also alumni of ISM. Mr. Um is the Managing Director General of the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

John Versantvoort is the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) (a Sustaining Member) representative to ISM. Mr. Versantvoort is the Head of the Office of Anticorruption and Integrity at ADB.  His two children are currently enrolled at ISM and one is an alumni.

Emma Margaret Veve is an Associate Member with three children enrolled at ISM. Ms. Veve is the Deputy Director General of the Southeast Asia Department of the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

Ambassador HK Yu is the Australian Embassy’s (a Sustaining Member) representative to ISM. She is Australia’s Ambassador to the Philippines.

William R.S. Brown is the Superintendent of the School. He has served in various positions at ISM for the past fifteen years. SY 2023-2024) is Mr. Brown’s second year as School Superintendent.

Ma. Karina H. Tanega is the Corporate Secretary to the ISM Board. She is also ISM’s General Legal Counsel.
