Re-Enrollment
All students enrolled for the school year 2022-2023 who will be returning for the academic year 2023-2024 are required to re-enroll and register.
- Registration will open on April 12th. Deadline is on May 19th. If your family will not return for the academic year 2023-2024 please submit a Withdrawal Form immediately.
- Settle all charges for the current SY 2022-2023 at the Cashier's Office. Access your Online Billing HERE.
- Pay first quota of SY 2023-2024 tuition fees on or before July 7. Access SY 2023-2024 Schedule of Tuition and Fees HERE beginning April 2023.
- Students entering Grade 1, 6, 9 (who have not submitted a complete Physical Examination Form after May 2022) must submit the Standard Physical Examination Form to the ISM Clinic. Please note students entering Grade 6 are also required to complete an ECG. For assistance, please contact clinic@ismanila.org
- Students entering Grade 7 & 9 must submit the ISM Drug Policy form to their respective School Office (MS/HS).

- Parents are encouraged to submit a signed Proxy Form to the Admissions Office.

Withdrawal
If you are withdrawing your child from ISM anytime during the school year or at the end of the school year, you are obliged to officially inform the Admissions Office through a Withdrawal Notification Form.
Students Leaving During the School Year:
- Parents are obliged to officially inform the Admissions Office through a Withdrawal Notification Form at least (15) days prior to your child's last day of school.
Students Leaving at the End of the School Year:
- Parents are obliged to officially inform the Admissions Office through a Withdrawal Notification Form on or before the second Friday of May.
