~College Planning Schedule~

Most students submit applications to universities during the first semester of their senior year. You need to have a strong idea in which country you plan to study since the process of applications varies from country to country as does the need for required standardized testing and/or national examinations. Deadlines vary tremendously from country to country and you need to specifically investigate the required process for the system to which you want to apply. The following information pertains to institutions in the United States. Application deadlines vary greatly. A good rule of thumb to use, especially given the mailing and distance issues, would be to have all your applications mailed before the Christmas break.
