I further attest that I am not in breach of any criteria for a Trustee as established in the By-laws of the Corporation (as amended on 07 February 2007) and the Corporation Code of the Philippines.
I am willing to stand for election to the Corporation’s Board of Trustees at its Annual General Meeting on 22 May 2008. My professional background includes practice and experience in the field(s) of finance, management, administration, education, diplomacy and/or law.
