ISM's main canteen is catered by The Urban Chef and The Yogi Chef (vegetarian). The main concessionaires provide services for breakfast, snack, lunch and school catering. They are open Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m – 5:00 p.m. 

There are four back concessionaires that provide snack, lunch, and school catering, they are: Allegro which serves Mexican and American cuisines, Piadina which serves Italian cuisine, CafeFrance which serves French-inspired cuisine, and Red Kimono which serves Japanese cuisine. CafeFrance and Allegro serve breakfast and are open by 6:30 a.m. while Red Kimono and Piadina open at 7:00 a.m.
