Employment

At ISM, more than ninety percent of the faculty are expatriates, mainly from the US, the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand; the remaining professional staff are Filipino citizens. Hiring for teaching positions takes place from January to March through various recruitment fairs abroad, while non-teaching positions are posted throughout the year through the school website and local newspapers.
